License Agreement and Disclaimer

HttpMaster Professional Edition and HttpMaster Professional Edition Trial

1. Important notice
The End User License Agreement ('EULA') of the software product identified above ('the Software') is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or, if purchased or acquired by or for an entity, an entity) and Borvid.
By installing, downloading, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, promptly return the unused Software or delete any copies of this Software in your possession. The copyright in the Software and its documentation is owned by Borvid. Subject to the terms of this EULA, you are granted a non-exclusive right for the duration of the EULA to use the Software. You do not acquire ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights in any part of the Software by virtue of this EULA. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this EULA and warranty.

2. License agreement
The Software is copyrighted by Borvid. This license agreement and disclaimer applies to all files and documents associated with the Software.

2.1 Professional Edition Trial Period License
Borvid grants you the permission to download and use the Software for free for thirty (30) days after installation ('Trial Period'). During the Trial Period, Borvid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-renewable license to copy and use the Software for evaluation purposes only and not for any commercial use. The evaluation copy of the Software contains a feature that will automatically disable the Software at the end of Trial Period.

2.2 Professional Edition License After Trial Period
During the Trial Period or after it, you have the option to buy a license fee in order to continue using the Software after the Trial Period expires.

2.2.1 Per-user license
The Software is licensed on a per-named-user basis. In the event that license buyer is an entity, license buyer must purchase one license for each user of the Software.
A single licensed user may install the Software on any PCs used exclusively by the licensed user.

2.2.2 License key
Upon payment of the license fee for the perpetual license, Borvid provides you with a permanent registration number ('License key') and grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on per-named-user basis.

3. License restrictions
You may not:
permit others to use the Software except under the terms listed above,
modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the Software,
sell, loan, rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Software,
share the License key with third parties.

4. Disclaimer of warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS', WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
